Champaign, OH:  Sky Was Yellow, And The Sun Was Blue

Well there ain’t nothin’ wrong with the way she moves,
All scarlet begonias or a touch of the blues…

Scarlet Begonias-Grateful Dead…

Just showing the love, today, to all things Jerry Garcia, as we roll into the last days, of the Days Between. The sweet sad days between his birthday of August 1 until his death on August 9…each and every year, since he left us, I pay tribute, so today, this is my song for you…

And, it’s my reminder that the market will be closing for the week, at 8am…get your moves on, and your orders in…

XOXO

In the MEATS department, you will find:

Back in Time Farm’s pastured chicken products (listing on Wednesday only)

The August WHITE OAK PASTURES order is due on August 13. White Oak Pastures raises pastured chicken, duck, pork, goat and more. For pricing or to place an order, come by the market or email Jennifer at thecummingharvest@gmail.com

SATURDAY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The Cumming Harvest is entirely a volunteer operation— we would not exist without the people you see each Saturday who help the farmers unload their goods and help you check out. If you love shopping at the market and have a few Saturday mornings a year to spare, please give me a shout! -Jennifer
